
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction and Enrollment
1.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Horizon Forward Enterprise (Registration No: CT0156173-D).
1.2 By accessing horizonforward.my, purchasing our digital products, or enrolling in our consultancy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1.3 Enrollment in any program or purchase of any digital product is considered an official agreement to these terms.
2. Payment and Access
2.1 Payment Terms: Payment is required in full upon enrollment or purchase. All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay Curlec.
2.2 Currency: All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
2.3 Digital Access: Access to online video courses and digital materials is granted immediately or within a specified timeframe upon successful payment confirmation.
2.4 Non-Utilization: No refunds or credits will be provided for non-utilization of the services or digital products, whether in full or in part.
3. Service Amendments
3.1 Horizon Forward Enterprise reserves the right to amend, update, or cancel any part of the services or course modules to maintain the quality and relevance of the content.
3.2 Any such changes will be communicated via Email, WhatsApp, or Telegram, and no refund claims shall be made due to such amendments.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Strict Policy: Except as expressly stated in Clause 4.2, you acknowledge that no refunds shall be granted for payments made toward digital products or consultancy services.
4.2 Cancellation Window: If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of enrollment and prior to the consumption of digital content, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
4.3 Administrative Fees: Any refund issued under Clause 4.2 will be subject to a minimum administrative fee of 10% of the total fees to cover gateway and processing costs.
4.4 Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method through Razorpay Curlec within 30 business days.
4.5 No Refunds After 48 Hours: No cancellation or refund requests will be accepted beyond 48 hours of purchase/enrollment.
5. Conduct and Public Discussion
5.1 Non-Disparagement: You agree not to disclose, publish, or discuss any refund, cancellation, or service issues on any third-party platform, social media, or public forums.
5.2 Direct Resolution: Any grievances must be directed to our official support channels (Email/WhatsApp) for private resolution.
5.3 Termination: Violation of Clause 5.1 may result in immediate termination of service access without a refund and potential legal action.
6. Intellectual Property & Non-Solicitation
6.1 All materials, frameworks, and content provided remain the sole intellectual property of Horizon Forward Enterprise.
6.2 Non-Solicitation: You agree not to solicit other clients or students of Horizon Forward Enterprise for any competing business ventures.
6.3 Breach: Unauthorized distribution of digital content will result in permanent removal from all platforms without refund and the pursuit of damages.
7. Communication and Privacy
7.1 We utilize Email, WhatsApp, and Telegram as primary communication channels.
7.2 Personal data is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
8.2 Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for any dispute resolution.
